Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery - NTA Level 6 (3 years)
The Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery (NTA level 6) is designed and organized in six (6) semesters, each with specified courses. The programme as approved by the Ministry of Health [MoH] to produce innovative, creative and flexible nurses who will cope with dynamic changes in the profession, technology and socioeconomic needs they can render quality and cost-effective nursing care that meets the health needs for people in Tanzania.
Qualifications:
Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) passes in non-religious subjects including “D” passes in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics/Engineering sciences a pass in Basic Mathematics and English Language is an added advantage.
Duration: The course is FULL TIME and offered for Three (3) years at the campus.
Tuition Fee: The tuition fee is 1,500,000 TSH per year, which can be paid in one installment, two installments or four installments. Hostel free of charge. Mattress will be provided.

Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery - Upgrading (1 year)
This course is aimed in improving knowledge and skills of Enrolled Nurses (EN) whom have completed NTA level 5. The course is organized in one year (NTA level 6) consisting of two semesters.
Qualifications:
Holder of Technician Certificate (NTA level 5) in Nursing with “D” pass in Biology, Chemistry or Physics (CSEE) for the graduates starting from 2010; OR Graduates before NTAs system should have certificate in Nursing and Midwifery/Public Health Nurse B and at least “D” Pass in any of science subject.
Duration: The course is FULL TIME and offered for one (1) year at the campus.
Tuition Fee: The tuition fee is 2,500,000 TSH per year, which can be paid in one installment, two installments or four installments
